There is a conflict going on in my code/site. On the category page, links generated do not have a trailing "/" at the end. When you click on the link and go to the actual page, the page has the trailing "/". This is causing a 301 redirect issue in my semrush and google console errors reports. This issue happens on the category page, the blog page, and then also at the bottom of product pages with the related products. I do not know if it is a conflicting plugin or what is causing this to happen as I feel like my permalinks are setup correctly.

We require a custom Drupal 9 block to be created at footer_top region. The block will have an image with URL and a text (slogan). The block should be consistent to all the pages and the redirect should be home. The block should be translated to German. The config for en/de should be exported and kept at module/config/optional as it's a multi site so we don't use Drush.
