My immediate need is to connect to the controller, pull the complete program out, and save a clean copy for safekeeping and further troubleshooting. You’ll need to bring the correct programming software and the matching communication cable for this specific PLC model. I have full physical access to the unit, so once you guide me on the cable hookup we can work together online (TeamViewer, AnyDesk—whatever you prefer) while you drive the upload process remotely.
