You need to be able to take a PSD mockup and slice it up and render it precisely in HTML & CSS. I'm definitely looking for someone who considers themselves expert at rendering really good HTML & CSS. Also knowledge of SCSS or SASS for CSS preprocessing is preferred but not essential. For the backend code, good PHP skills and experience developing in Silverstripe CMS is essential.
