Magento Modules for personalized pens

I am looking for a couple of Magento modules. First of all, the printing calculator module. Please have a look at this site: [login to view URL] Press "Bereken uw prijs" For this article, I want to be able to add print position(s) - sometimes just the pen, sometimes the clip can be printed too. I want to be able to set up print codes so the article price will be updated on the fly when the customer chooses either 1 color, 2 colors, ... Also there are setup costs. That price is not always the same. Sometimes 30 euros sometimes 50 euros. Preferably I want to be able to set up different print codes and add them on the article level. For instance: MY Supplier X adds following prices per print position and color: 300-600: 0.30 per piece + 50 euros one time 600-1200: 0.20 per piece + 50 euros one time The best is to add print codes with their tier pricing and I set up the print code as an addon to the article. The price of printing always has different tiers 1-100 100-250 250-500 500-1000 BUT - also the tiers are different sometimes for instance 600-1200 and 1200-3500 Please post your vision of the setup of this module so i can make a desicion. Secondly, I want to be able to add an external PDF to the order. This PDF contains a digital print proof. I make this with illustrator and i want to be able to upload it in the backend. The customer gets an email about this, he can log in on his account and view the pdf inline. there he can print and/or save the PDF as well He can "approve' the print proof but also "reject" it. When he wants to reject there has to be a reason so i get the information why he rejects it so i can change the print proof. In the backend, I need an overview of the orders along with new statuses: Make print proof Approved print proofs Rejected print proofs So i have a list of print proofs i need to remake, or i need to get to work with the approved print proofs to finish the printing order. Also, post your ideas about this, preferred with small drawing(s) Ideally, post a demo if you already created this If you didn't make this already, a simple demo will help me make the desicion faster.
