Currently I am using google sheet to mange my work. I Want to design a CRM for my small company. Main purpose will be work list, stock status and site status. Below is a brief description of all three: 1. Work List: =>Problems Facing: #Records get delete by team by mistake. #It takes time to load data as lots of data is entered. #can’t see all active or pending complaints. =>What I am looking For: #Employees Can’t delete data #we shall be able to see all past complaints of particular user along with date and last solution. #There should be option to add image in Team Visit Remarks section. For example, flat is not ready, team will upload image for future reference. #Handover date should be visible 2. Stock Status =>Problems Facing: #Items get delivered to installer or site but can’t keep record #Forget where which item is kept =>What I am looking For: #Keep a record of which item is delivered at which site #What all items are remaining with installer [login to view URL] Status Multiple sites are going-on in multiple societies. For example, there are societies like ‘Adani’, ‘Anantraj’, ‘Esencia’ Etc. Each society has many house, like 50 flats in Adani, 100 flats in Anantraj etc and each flats has 4 floor and parking area. There are some flats with basement, 3 floors and parking Each society has specific items that needs to be installed like below: In Adani Curtain tracks 2 units, Curtain Motor 2 units, Smart controller x4 units, CCTV, VDP In Anatraj Background Music System 1 unit, Curtain tracks 1 unit, Curtain Motor 1 unit1, Smart controller x2 units, VDP =>Problems Facing: #Can’t keep a track of site status like what all items are installed in which site and which floor #Can’t get instant status of sites =>What I am looking For: #Keep a record of which all items are installed at which site and which floor Handover status of each floor in respective flats #We have to store handover slip picture and slip number along with site status. 1 floors can have 1 or many handover slips. For example, In [login to view URL] 663 2nd Floor, vdp screen was handovered on 1st Jan and curtain motor was handovered on 12th Jan and cctv was handovered on 15th. So there are 3 slips for 663 2nd floor that we have to store. I have attached few files to make you understand better: 1. Why [login to view URL]:- This will help you to understand about CRM 2.
