Community website and knowledge base needed

We need a community website with a knowledge base built. I am not sure if this can be done with joomla or not, we have two templates we would like to incorporate. We needs the following: home page (link to registration page/FAQ page/legal page/existing member log in/etc) FAQ page Registration (configured for Paypal subscription payments) Legal page Members only: Member home page (personalized letter, links to some information, search form to knowledge base) bulletin board/discussion forum Calendar Task scheduler w/e-mail notification of tasks Auto e-mail notification (sent once a month based on a date they enter) Security features: No copy/pasting of information No printing of information (except that which is allowed) No login except from original IP address Time out setting with request for password to continue Access to knowledge base information for their state only (based on information entered at log in) All text/images will be provided, we will input all of the data into the knowledge base ourselves.
