5 website project

We have a five website project that we are looking to start the first week of January, 2008. We are looking for bids from knowledgable programmers who are willing and able to think outside the box to deliver quality product. .PSD files of the design of the site will be provided as will all text and images. Payment will be escrowed into 4 payments: 1/4 to start-1/4 when the first two sites are done-1/4 when the 2nd 2 sites are done-1/4 when the final site is done. Site one: Apartment rental website with full search capabilities. Site two: Realestate site with full search capabilities. Site Three/Four: Searchable database with images and text customer log in to track order progress Site Five: Online education site for courses Will need online testing/scoring system and capabilities for progress reports, online tutors, multimedia.
