Clone / cross of osCommerce Manager and Auctionitis software

Hi, I need a software designed that will put and control product information in osCommerce based stores as well as in online auction sites like [login to view URL] The purpose of this software is to simplify loading products into osCommerce stores and enabling posting certain products as auctions to the [login to view URL] website and maybe an [login to view URL] as well (ebay not required). I have found two different softwares that do exactly what I need the software to do, I just want to combine them into one package. The osCommerce manager I found is at [login to view URL] and Trademe auction manager Auctionitis is at [login to view URL] Please have a look at those sites because those products have got pretty much exactly the features I need - they just need to be combined together. I will also need some kind of licensing feature that would enable me to issue licence keys to my clients. The licence keys will have to expire after one year and should also contain information on how many oscommerce websites can the client control at one time.
