I need a proficient developer to conceptualize and build a Real Time Location System (RTLS) utilizing the DWM3000 device. This project will require designing an interactive web-based system capturing specific features.

Key Requirements:

- Procure the DWM3000 device: My project requires using this specific device, which has not yet been purchased. Please factor this into your project plan and costing.

- Implement specific RTLS features: The system should have capabilities for allocating distance measurement between devices and particularly focus on indoor positioning.

- Web browser compatibility: The RTLS should be operational on all standard web browsers.

Ideal Skills:

- Experience in DWM3000 or related device

- Proficiency in Bluetooth firmware development, nrf devices and SDK

- Familiarity with real time location tracking applications

- Strong understanding of indoor positioning systems

Candidates with a more comprehensive understanding of the DWM3000 device and real time tracking systems will be favored.
