40183 SQlite to HTML table using PHP

I provide as an attachment an example of the SQLite database I want worked on. The job is to output such an SQLite database into an HTML table so that I can see all the entries. Obviously this entails the following - open database, read whole thing into an array, output the elements one by one into a table. I will want to play with the presentation of the table and values myself so the code MUST be well documented using comments so I can see what you're doing. This is not a difficult job, so be realistic with your quotes.
