132626 Radlance design and implement

I need an experienced scriptlance developer/designer to integrate image header graphics that I have created (masthead/top banner) and a colour scheme of my choosing - into a nice looking template in RadLance 7.5 As far as is possible, I would like the site to validate, which means fixing some pretty funky code in the default RadLance templates. For example, html atttributes are rarely quoted when they ought to be, and there are deprecated "font" tags that should really be replaced. I would also like the source well commented - naming the main tables as they open and close so they make sense when I look at the m in future. This could possibly be infrequent but ongoing work if the job is done well. TIMESCALE: This job is urgent, I need a fast turnaround with professional looking results. POSSIBLY: I might consider suggestion to use another script, but it would have to be pretty damn good to make me change at this point!!
