Need to create an app with social / normal login with the ability to trigger Ibeacon notifications and push notifications . App need to be built In Telrik framework / phonegap and push notifications into telrik backend services. Simple backend needs to be built to drop in to existing system SQL database to allow the creation on beacon messages
