I need a someone to design a circuit that has a battery bank which is charged with solar and wind power at the same time, also it can charge the battery bank from another or the same usb port, and the battery bank charges an usb device. Gives out 5V 500mAh The battery bank will be either 3,7V or 4,2V 10 000mAh. The voltage required to charge the battery bank through solar input or wind input shouldn't exceed more than 6V. All i need is the schematics, list of parts and a pcb design file. Thank you,
