I am looking for an individual to operate the live chat feature of a website. Typically these particular visitors will be asking to be unsubscribed from a mailing list. You will need to have excellent English and be polite and consistent in responding to these requests. When such a request is made, you will need to access a shared document and fill in the details of the contact. You will need to be able to work USA business hours.
