Startup Company Requires Legal Contracts

We are a company in startup phase and are looking at taking care of the legal aspects. We need someone who is experienced with Australian law (with appropriate qualifications), in particular contract law and IP/copyright. We are looking for an employee's employer contract with IP allocated to the company and a confidentiality clause. As this will be used as a standard form (for any employee and contractor), annexes or appendices will need to be included that detail role descriptions and pay agreements - which we'll require a template for each but separate to the IP/confidentiality agreement. We're also looking for a standard form agreement for use with customers. This agreement will be required to limit the company's exposure to liability and risk (capped liability payment) as well as include a confidentiality clause and an IP retainment clause (for the company to retain the IP not the customer). Added into this customer agreement would be a fee agreement annex, which we'll need as a template so that we can adjust as required. So in total an employee contract with pay and role description annexes (templates), and a customer agreement with a fees annex (template). Overall a simple, short project. We'd also appreciate any further guidance on legal documents we need, and if there are more required we are happy to ammend the project scope. This is the first of our required legal aspects, and we envisage future work with an appropriate freelancer.
