We want someone to design a cost efficient BLE circuit for us. Specifications are mentioned below 1. It should be circular in shape, with a Maximum Diameter of 5cm, and Maximum Height of 0.5cm. 2. Should be able to connect to Android and iOS phones. 3. Connectivity range atleast 10-15 meters 4. Should be able to operate on a button cell battery.

I believe I could help with the PCB design and manufacture but not the case or the software. I have recently designed several Blue tooth products using Nordic and TI devices NRF 8001, NR51822, CC2541, CC2564 and the Laird BL600 and MDBT40 hybrids. The devices contain a mixture of Flash, orientation / motion device, RTC, LED's and buzzers.
