I'm having trouble with my power plate gym equipment. It isn't turning on and I don't have the user manual or troubleshooting guide that may help me. Therefore, I need a technician to come and take a look so they can see what's wrong and fix it. I'm not sure if the equipment is still under warranty or not, so I'm hoping a technician can help me out.
