Need circuit design and board layout

I am creating a LED lighting system to be used for the Medical Marijuana community that wil address the needs for growers in one package. Non disclosure is important. Basically, I need a circuit that will control different banks of specific frequency LEDs, which will allow custom light "formulas" to be created and stored (via an app or program). The circuit needs to be auto sensing..ie, any light panel's configuration can be read by the app and have it's config indicated by the app. Eventually I would like to tie this together with a control system that will control not only my products and their specific features, but other maker's systems as well, either as a simple dumb (on/off) control or integrated into my system, if possible.
