Odoo Full Setup Required for Two Companies on [login to view URL] We are in search of a skilled freelancer to undertake a comprehensive setup of Odoo for our two enterprises on the [login to view URL] platform. The companies are based in the Canary Islands—one operates under the Canary Islands ZEC regime, and the other is a standard SLU entity. Scope of Work: Applications Setup: Implementation of the following Odoo applications for both companies: Sales, Invoicing, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, POS (Point of Sale), Timesheets, Expenses, Time Off, Employees, Front Desk, Maintenance, Odoo WhatsApp Integration, Subscriptions, Contacts, Calendar, Field Service, Appointments, Repairs, Attendance, ToDo, Payroll. Customizations: Complete necessary customizations to ensure all applications are ready for immediate use. Data Migration: Assist with importing existing data, including past accounting invoices/expenses and product information. Process Automation: Automate sales and purchasing between the two companies, including profit sharing and order creation from POS or invoicing. Enable automatic processing of bills/invoices from vendors and suppliers via PDF scanning and email integration. Supplier Management: Implement a system to display varying purchase prices from multiple suppliers for inventory and cost management. Payment Integration: Set up Stripe and PayPal payment solutions for both entities. Requirements: Location: Preference for candidates familiar with Canary Islands business regulations. Experience: Proven track record in setting up and customizing Odoo for diverse business needs. Collaboration: Ability to work closely with our team, providing guidance and accepting input to ensure a tailored Odoo environment. Communication: Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and to discuss project details and pricing with the chosen candidate.
