Hi, I am feeling very glad to bid on this project as it exactly matches with my area of expertise. I am currently working in a multinational EPC company's design office as an electrical design engineer with 3 years experience and recently completed relay settings and coordination study on 450 MW power generation plant's substation based on ETAP 12.5 as well as prepared all relevant interconnection diagrams, BOM, schematic diagrams, layouts etc for the substation. Moreover, I have following areas of expertise:- 1. Network studies based on ETAP and report preparation for (Load flow, Short circuit, Motor starting, Harmonic analysis, Transient stability and relay coordination) 2. Sizing and selection of major electrical equipments (Switchgear, Transformer, UPS, Solar panel, Battery bank, Capacitor bank, Cable, Motor, Generator) 3. Preparation of SLD, Interconnection diagrams, Protection schemes, intertrip logic schemes, load list etc 4. Cabling works (Power layouts, cable trench/tray sizing and layouts, cable schedule etc) 5. Lighting design (Lux level calculation, Lighting layouts, panel circuit schedule etc) 6. Earthing and lightning protection (Earthing calculations, earthing layouts, typical installation details etc) 7. RFQ, BOQ, MTO preparation and TBE. I have reedit my quote 8 $ /hr & 30 hr/week. I have 4 years of work experience in the various electrical control panels & relay panels. Kindly mention the work volume so that I can recheck the suitable work hours & bid, though I have already quoted 12$/hr & 4 hrs/week.

- English Native Speaker here. - Years of work experience doing this work. - Can provide Engineering expertise and drafting. You can expect good communication and a clean job, without the need for much back-and-forth fixing up errors and miss-communications. Frankly, you're going to shoot yourself in the foot with your budget that low. In my experience, you ask the right person for the job. Getting some who is a) not an Engineer and b) does not speak your language well results in a lot of time wasted with trivial issues. That said, there are some gems out there if you're lucky. I can provide a full set of drawings if required. All designs will be according to your country's standards (labelling schemes etc), otherwise I'll just use my own I've used in the past. -Schematic diagrams -Termination diagrams -Relay layout diagrams -BOM sheets -Cable schedules (if required) A set of calculations will be provided. I can embed a graph showing grading for each of the protection devices and the cables used. Can you tell me, what is the equipment you are dealing with? Happy to discuss in detail prior to accepting my work. Naturally, for legal reasons my work, although I am an Engineer, must be checked and signed by a Senior Engineer. Joel
