Moving Swing Plate

I’m looking for a skilled individual or team to help create the software for a large scale moving swing plate for my project. This swing plate is to meet a specific purpose - functional - and will be made of steel, with linear actuators. The plate will measure 4ft x 10ft and is roughly 1.5ft in height. This will be a challenging task requiring precision and detailed engineering. My hope is to find someone or a team who can bring excellent technical knowledge to the project, enabling the end result to be an aesthetically pleasing and functional piece of equipment. I am thinking a simple vision system tied in with an Arduino should get the task done. The swing plate needs to not only meet all safety requirements, but also be of a high quality and reliable. My goal is to have a smoothly functioning and dependable piece of equipment that can hold up to changing weather conditions as well as being aesthetically pleasing - from a distance and when up close.
