Maybe the virus was installed by accident or maybe by one of the plugins he used or he installed it himself. I do not know. And the features were not done the way I wanted but I still paid him. Since I already paid him the full amount, he is not going to do anything about it now. And the first Freelancer who was originally working on the site does not want to work on the site because he is busy with something else and probably as an excuse he says that the virus is probably still there hiding.
