Hello - I have a shape file divided into 0.1x0.1 degree grid with a corresponding csv file (). I want to add the points in the csv file into the shape file in a column named "P_A" - containing a 1 if the point is present in the csv file and a 0 otherwise. Also, I want to create a 20km2 buffer around each of the points in the csv file and put a 1 in the "P_A" column for the corresponding cells.
