Total Redesign of a Price Comparison Site

I have a price comparison site similar to fool.co.uk. I will like to redesign the site with a better and smoother interface also incorporating a new logo. What I require from a web designer for this project is: A clean and unique interface, logo, which is search engine friendly, the designer needs to be able to create server post or form posts. Be able to integrate use XML feeds for a category where needed and also be able to create best buy tables if required. I will submit the information. The site requires a section where I can upload and manage guides and news items and each article with social bookmarking tags and RSS. Site needs to have google-friendly sitemap. I have other sites to complete/redesign. I need someone who can start quite soon and complete as soon as possible. I need a good communicator either by phone,Ychat or Gchat. I can PM you more info if needed. First payment will be half-way through and final payment on completion. Of course if a very good job is done, there will be a bonus. PS: I will like to work with someone who can suggest better ways of doing things. Good communication is imperative as I have so many projects to complete after this.
