I need an option for customers to include a personal note when making their purchase from my wordpress website. I have a picture attached for an example I found on a different website. So basically what I need is to give people the option to include a personal note that will be hand written in the card before we mail it out. Each product we sell needs to have this option. Our website is built and it only needs this option added for us. 1 milestone created and payment sent upon completion of work.
