Wordpress template integration

Hi, I have purchased a wordpress theme from themeforest ([login to view URL]) and I would like to have it integrated into my website. The theme has been uploaded onto my site already and functions correctly. My website header and footer are already formatted as php includes. I can provide a copy of the theme if required. Full admin access will be granted to the wordpress section of the site to allow modifications. This should be a very simple project for a wordpress expert. I have attached a PSD detailing the modifications required. This is a very small simple project, so please bid appropriately!! Regards, JK
