Wordpress Geo Places Theme Modifications

I use a theme from Templatic called Geo Places ([login to view URL]). Would like to make some modifications listed below. Google Map - currently infoWindow opens on click and stays open unless you click X to close. many infoWindows can be open at the same time. Would like to modify this to allow only one infoWindow to be open at a time and for the infoWindow to close when another marker is clicked. Sidebar Map - would like to set it to a fixed position and allow it to follow/scroll down the page, however not overlap with header/footer Mult-city Friendly URL - Currently there is a drop-down widget to allow the user to search markers in different cities on the map. However the resulting url is [login to view URL] Would like to make it [login to view URL] If you are familiar and competent with this assignment I will most likely use your services in follow up modifications.
