Update wordpress theme for new wordpress version

My wordpress theme is not functioning properly after I upgraded it to the new version of wordpress.. Everything functions properly except the footer, there are a lot of values showing up in the footer. The screenshot is attached.. I require someone to fix all these issues in the footer..
