I can certainly do the transfer for you, as well as document the process used. If you need, I can also assist with easing the transition from one provider to the other by implementing systems on the old server to redirect lingering connections. (DNS can often take a day or two to update, without some plan for this it often results in some users hitting the old site, and some hitting the new). When working at Rackspace this was a fairly common task. Of course, this is assuming that no complications arise from unusual custom plugins. Additionally, if requested I can perform some basic tuning on the destination system to improve performance.
