363775 minor wordpress customisations

Looking for someone who is able to complete a couple of small edits on my wordpress blog Add an opin to a graphic and add to a page, Get my upload feature working on my contact form 7 plugin I am using the Shades of Blue 1.1 by StudioPress wordpress theme.
