Website rebuilt/modified from a shopify template.

I currently have a website, I am looking to start selling my products online and would like to build a new site using Shopify. I have a Shopify template that is going to need some modifications done. What I am looking for to start, Installation of shopify, any modification that are decided that need to be done, this is something is is going to be decided with whomever does this project. There will be approximately 12 categories, I will be able to add the products and descriptions in all the categories, I will just need one in each for somewhere to start. I know this is a basic description of what is needed to be done, I am looking for a starting point and will go from there. Let me know of any questions you might have before bidding.
