Hello, I have done a lot of documentation projects , apart from hardcore software projects, as well as managed teams spread across the world. I am comfortable creating RFPs or SRS. I am particularly good at creating software specs for developers and administrators, by translating the business requirements into specific technical milestones. I can do very low level documentation including actual code module specifications, as well as generate use case analyses and generate ER diagrams , Sequence diagrams, or other related OO diagrams. I can provide samples for your reference of course. I am not sure exactly how deep your SRS document(s) will need to be. but since you have mentioned apps, CMS and websites, I am expecting it to be a substantial amount of work involved. I am not sure if your budget for this is going to be enough if you want it to be world-class, but if you can provide some more specific information about your needs, I can be in a better position to evaluate the scope of work.
