LIVESTREAM VIDEO CONFERENCING FEATURE IN OUR SCHOOL MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE Our webapp is [login to view URL] Username: demo Password: demo We already have a school management software working fine. We need a video conferencing feature, whereby a user, e.g teacher can select another category of users, e.g. all students, or selected students of a particular class, and then click go live, notification is sent to those selected students and they also join the class watching and hearing the class live Students are able to also communicate with (speak to, see and hear) the teacher and with other classmates present in the class. Teaching should be possible using the phone camera, or webcam, or playing a video from the phone or laptop. If anyone in the class speaks, everyone hears. When you click the profile picture of any of the participants, you see them. But by default, everyone sees the teacher and everyone sees whoever the teacher clicks to see. There's also a livechat for all participants of the class. Like every other standard chat, media can be exchanged and has a stored history. We should be able to watch replays of a concluded class or download it. Meaning that on the students side, they should see a list of classes, either ongoing or concluded. Student here mean, any user targeted by whoever initiated the class. So, if a student initiates a class for some selected teachers, in this case, he is the teacher and the teachers are his students As such, super admin should be able to enable or disable this ability to initiate a class by any category of users, and intact for any specific user. We propose relying on AWS resources to house both the live stream bandwidth and the storage. The software is multi school, so we should be able to select or de-select which schools should use it. Also, we would include a tab on the dashboard to direct quickly to the live stream page. Being a school, several classes can run concurrently.
