My company designs & manufactures 3D inspection machines using camera, lasers & motion. The slides (ball screw with servo, direct drive motors) are controlled by PLC & drive. I am looking to hire a software engineer who can write an algorithm for GUI which will provide slide control commands to PLC along with displaying data taken by measurement system comprising of camera & lasers. The software engineer must have experience in PLC, SCADA, HMI, drives and of course GUI development. The engineer should be able to understand and link GUI input/output to corresponding PLC input/output.
