Design interactive website for a jewelry brand

I'm looking for a talented website designer to create a modern interactive website for my jewelry brand. I have a very clear vision of what I want the website to look like, including a black and white color scheme and modern design elements. This website is meant to be visually engaging and captivating, while also offering a great user experience. I want the website to be interactive, including search and scroll capabilities, as well as special features that will allow customers to see the product on themselves before buying. I envision engaging product visuals, product page descriptions and immersive product galleries, that will differentiate us from the competition. I'm launching my jewelry brand and need an awesome interactive website that offers a fun shopping experience for customers. I need a homepage, about me page, a shop page, a cart, payment processing, and USPS shipping. I will be including things such as a featured country I will be highlighting every month to match a particular piece of jewelry that my materials were sourced from, an option to subscribe for promotional and marketing emails offering sales and discounts to VIP customers who sign up for free to them of course. I will be holding jewelry giveaways and need a way to accept entries, a brand ambassador/affiliate link application. There are 4 categories to the shop page, as well as 3 separate about me sections on that page which are about Zeta, Zeta mission, Zeta gives back to the community. I will need a live chat function for customer service, a customer service phone number, a customer service email, and a press inquiries email. There could be something I've forgotten to mention, but I do have a map of the website and it's different sections. The homepage will be very interactive and informative. I can upload pictures and articles myself, I just need the structure of the website. I know how to upload products, etc. The feel of the website will be modern, chic, with a vintage touch. I create jewelry from rare crystals, rare pearls, and postage stamps from all over the world, dating back to the late 1800s- early 1900s. The idea is to be along the lines of Tiffany, Cartier, Chanel as far as being luxe. Please let me know if you are able and willing to help me build my baby from the ground up.
