Convert a Template to a Website

I have done basic template for a website but i would like someone to update the site for me. All the relevant information is on the below website. The domain of the site may change but the site in a whole: We do mystery shops for our clients based all over the world. Our core areas of mystery shops are in store and on the phone. We then compile a report to show the client what their staff have said in response to the questions we asked. There is also a part of the site where people can recommend a company who they have had good or a bad customer service experience with. This needs to be on the main page so its easy for people to fill out the info. With this information we then contact the companies who we have had feedback for. This is a core part of the website and needs to be placed in a part of the site that it is easy for people to work with. The site should not be to complex and all the data is on the below site.
