Intergrate an existing site into a WordPress template

We currently have a website at [login to view URL] We want to upgrade this site and use the template (or something similar) at [login to view URL] We chose this template mainly because the menu structure fits the requirements of having multiple submenus. We wouldn't need a video background, just some stock images that we can supply (see below) that fade in and out in rotating order. We can host the site at the current company that hosts [login to view URL] Some other notes... 1. We need to update the references part of the website on a monthy basis, so we would need access to this part of the site for content management. 2. We have 3 more members of staff to add into this section so we can supply pictures and text for these people 3. As an addition to the site, is it possible for the site to send an email (predefined and with an attachment) to an email address when the client submits information on the “Apply for finance” Form? We do this as a manual process and it would be good if the site can insert the first name into the email and send the email to the address submitted and we won’t have to do this as a manual process. 4. We can provide the stock photos that appear on our website at [login to view URL] so we can use these in the site and have them rotating as the background 5. On the top right hand side of the home page is a link to the Korean and Chinese pages of the site. These are just graphic images and I can supply these to you in a different layout and format or whatever you need. 6. The current [login to view URL] website has Google Analytics code that we would need transfered to the new site 7.
