We want a project manager to take control of our underconstruction site (early). It is a reverse auction site such as this one, so you should be somewhat familiar with the concept. We had one site constructed that just didn't make the grade. This site is off to a much better start, but we don't want to let it get out of control in anyway. We need someone to run our existing team. We need you to ask the right questions and provide direction, as well as get the project done, but not before it is the best on the market. We expect you to do research, speak with us via email, or phone, let us know what should be happening with the site, and to get approval for the next step which we want your informed expert opinion on. This site has to be sharp. We will not settle for less than perfect. You must be able to see this site thru to the launch, and perhaps further into the future. You must have the needed experience, please show us some examples. You need to be thinking about "our" needs, and the needs of the site. We think you need to put in about 5 hours (more in the begining if needed) a week, but are flexible. We will expect to see a good deal of posting from you, to the team, on the projectboard we are using. Asking questions, dictating actions in a clear professional manner, making sure we are getting fair time estimates for the work needed, etc... is all part of the job. None of this means a thing if you don't have the many skills, and subject knowledge to handle it. Starting ASAP! Up to the job at hand? Let us know!
