I am skilled in the use and Development of Premier GIS Softwares of ESRI using Arc GIS SDK (.Net & VBA ) and MapInfo and other allied mapping systems like GPS ; I have hands on Experience in GIS softwares such as Arc View (Network Analyst, Spatial Analyst, 3D Analyst and Model Builder), ArcGIS, Arc Objects and Arc Info. Additionally, I have deep skills in GIS data integration and processing, compiling, analyzing, and interpreting data (Geodatabases). I am a Software Engineer with experience in HTML5, CSS and JavaScript. One of my jobs recently finished is hosted in www.plataformacoffe.com. I also make mobile apps based on Cordova/Phonegap, that are basically apps made with HTML, CSS e JavaScript.

I have worked with may mapping applications through the pass couple of years from google maps (native JS, GWT) through offline mapping (Openlayers native and with its GWT wrapper and OSM offline mapping services). I have even implemented a complete offline mapping solution to be used inside the boundaries of a very sensitive project. Kindly PM me for further discussion.

I already developed three map projects which are having more functionalities. Just adding markers to map based on JSON is just basic functionality. I can complete this within specified time. I am just giving you the max time.
