Hello, we have got this template design [login to view URL] i want a better design, better layout for the very same website above the design MUST BE IN TABLES . DO NOT USE DIV TAGS DO NOT USE LAYERS. If i see any layer or any div tag in the template i will reject it. it must be totaly made in Tables. i will not pay more than $30 , and no escrow till i see mockup. thanks.

Hi there, tables fan ;) I'm interested in your offer and I'll start making the mock-up right away. Please send me more information what else should be done except the global look and feel improvements. As you obvioulsy don't like for any reason the div structure - maybe will be helpful to say if there are other things to stay away from or some which you want for sure.
