Sorting table

I want to filter and a sorting table list for about a dozen pens. Filtering for the colour of pen, then sorting by price or rating or both. The owner then wants to be able edit the page easily in Dreamweaver to update prices and/or add more pens. First row will have picture of pen then the name and code of pen, they need to stay together then the price then my rating. The table will only show the colour of pen from a colour bar type list up the top. So in summary I may have 10 different style of pens in 6 different colours, but the customer will only ever see 10 pens at a time in the colour they have chosen. They can then sort these via price and or rating. My rating and be a 1 to 5 star rating - but i would like to ad a comment like 'this pen is a good sturdy pen' or 'the clip is a weakness with this style of pen' This website page will start life in place of the current 'pen' page on my website. it will eventually be it's own website when fully built. [login to view URL] Only 1 pen per row I will have pens price range from 50 cents to several dollars - the customer may want to quickly look for pens that start at $2 for example and this needs to be easily solved. I predict the customer will search for a blue pen with a good rating at about 50 cents. they will find about 5 pens they like. they will then asked for me to mock-up a print with their logo on. They will probably email that request with their logo and text attached. I will then email the mock-up with an invoice - so i don't need it to be a e-commerce. I have the jpg's pictures of pens already cropped and named - and the prices and rating and comments in excel (or whatever you want) I would like to know if this can be done for Dreamweaver I would like to know a approx price. I would like to know if I can add more pens and info myself at a later date i would like to know if you can update and improve at a later date
