Residential Housing design flyers and 3D Modelling required

We have a number of house designs which we require a single A4 page flyer design, this will be printed out on glossy colour paper and will be contained within a brochure and given out to prospective clients, there are three main catergories of our design and we will provide CAD/Revit files to the successful winner, the designs must include the following: Colours and finishes to front elevation perspective only, including landscaping from one of three catergories, Beach/coastal - City/Urban - Remote/Countryside. Landscaping needs to be realistic as possible, colours to be realistic, contemporary and [login to view URL] logo to be included. With short narrative about the floor plan. Each flyer to be printed out but also require the format to be in PDF format to enable them to be uploaded on to our company website. Each flyer/house design has a budget of $400.00(AUD) per sheet. We also require one brochure cover which the individual flyers will be put into, A3 folded to A4 size. This will be printed out on glossy paper, must incorporate company logo, plus something eye catching.
