Photoshop redesign for website

We would like a new look for our website. We need to make it simpler. The current site is here: [login to view URL] We would like to remove the large image rotator on the home page. We would like to replace the logo in the top left with the animated slide form the rotator (the first slide), but it must fit into the design. We would like to remove the models, datasets, and faq sections in the middle. Here is a rough image of the new layout: [login to view URL] I'd like to see three new ideas on how to make this layout look good. All done in Photoshop. It is ok to change colors, or move things around. The only thing that needs to be the same is the general layout. If there are any questions please let me know.
