Hello I need a qualified freelancer has an experience to make a bidding website. This bidding web site it has to be: 1. Very simple and very attractive formatting. 2. Customer posts MUST reach to all related business categories by email 3. Chatting feature between the members supported by email 4. Posting must has some feature like (urgent, featured, sealed) 5. A payment feature is required for each member incase of paying a milestone or give the posting some option (urgent, featured, sealed) 6. search option for both (projects and companies) 7. The member can upload his advertisements 8. Applicable for any APPS (android & apple) 9. Easy to translated to other language. Payment Process: 1. 10%. For advance 2. 10% upon completion of general layout design 3. 20% upon completion and successful testing of bidding process 4. 20% upon completion and successful testing of chatting process 5. 20% upon completion and successful testing of payment process 6. 20% upon completion and successful testing of complete web site. This project is for freelancer that already did similar to this project before, if you did not please don bother yourself, otherwise the freelancer could send me a sample of his project.
