29764 Website Design w/ or w/o CMS

DO NOT SUBMIT A GENERIC BID- Bid must answer concerns in this posting. Need HTML site made. If you can do the CMS part, please specify that. If you are just great with graphics and design, still feel free to bid, but specify that you will not do the programming part. 4 HTML pages I need a site made for a store that has the look and feel of: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and [login to view URL] . THIS SHOULD BE AN ORIGINAL DESIGN AND NOT SOME GENERIC LOOKING TEMPLATE! Pics will be provided as well a colors, etc. The logo needs a little graphic work, as it was scanned in. The background will be taken off of one of the printed quilts and simplified to integrate well. CMS part this needs a content management system that has a WYSIWYG editor or can read HTML at the minimum. If you can include a shopping cart, please include that in your description as well, not required though as long as CMS is functional with HTML (Please provide cost with and wothout cart). Also, the portfolio page will need a place to upload images into a gallery or slide show method unless you are going to do the shopping cart, in which case that will function as the gallery. REQUIREMENTS 1. You must be the person doing this and not the middle man 2. You must work during EST hours 3. AIM or Gmail chat preferred (please specify in bid) 4. You will not be able to put your name in the code, on the site, or anywhere. 5. Speak English as a first language (specify where you are from in bid) 6.
