324474 Webdesign (Pet Website)

I need web design for my site. My domain name is: [login to view URL] I have the classified script installed on main root on homepage and also have a forum (vbulletin) at [login to view URL] I want someone who does web design to make this site feel what it is. Basically it is a Pet Adoption website for ALL pets...so your graphics should represent all animals....dogs...cats....horses...etc. I will need a logo designed for this site, with slogan included. I would like logo to have the full domain name in it "[login to view URL]" with the slogan below it "Your #1 Online Resource for Pet Adoptions!" I would like logo to have images of pets or something around it that tell you what site is about. For the site the entire top header image should have logo in the top right of the pages and would like on all pages of the site for the header image to have rotating images. A site that is a great example of what I am looking for header image is and ask you can see the logo is placed above it in top left: [login to view URL] I would like a custom navigation bar that is used throughout entire website for navigation. For the forum I would like custom buttons, and images throughout the form. Basically a new skin on the site that goes with the rest of site that represents what this site is about. For this project as you can see I have perfect feedback. I will escrow payment after half of the project has been worked on, would like to see you work first and make sure it is what I am looking for, then will escrow payment.
