We need extract data from an e-commerce site. We like to get all the items are selling and put them on DB. The goal of this project is develop a software in Python + Scrappy framework + Db ( Mongo), for extract the products from a particular e-commerce site, and store them on a Db. The info to store on DB should be at least: 1) Product Id 2) Product description 3) Price 4) link The integration of the DB with a search engine like ElasitcSearch, Solr, XAPIAN or another one purpose by the developer should be much appreciated. The site url to scrap will be provide at start time, I can advice in advance the site structure is really simple. We have several sites URL to scrappy, but we would like to start with a first one, and if all be right, we can follow with another one.
