Voice over on a 46 page PowerPoint and create a mp4 video for company training

I have a PowerPoint - 46 pages - about 7000 words. I need to produce a mp4 PowerPoint play back file which has a voice over added. Work already done - All the pages are ready. In the notes of each page are the details of what needs to be narrated. In most cases once just needs to read off what is on the page. I expect the voice to be professional grade, accent neutral - the audience spans US, UK, India Some additional details: 1. The output should be a MP4 file with HD video audio quality 2. 46 pages will be about 40-50 min worth so do take appropriate pauses while creating the recording - there are section header slides which are the right places for that 3. Technical terms - please ensure you know how to pronounce them - these are SOC2 pronounced "sock two", ISO 27001 pronounced "eye so twenty seven thousand one", HIPAA pronounced "HIP-uh", PII pronounced "PEE-EYE-EYE", PHI pronounced "PEE-EH-EYE" Specifics on some slides 4. When reading items in a list, right before the last item just add an 'and' ... so if there are 3 items listed as 1, 2, 3 ... then say 'One xyz, Two abc, and Three pqr 5. In 3 places the notes said 'pause for 15 sec' - please use your judgement to see how long that should be based on amount of text on that page - so reduce it or increase it as you see fit. In terms of timeline - I would like to get a quick sample mp4 file in a day or two so that I know you can do it end to end. Then we can look at any nuances.
