i just want that you create a form in VB 6.0 only,in which user enters data in text boxes and by clicking a button in this form,this data display in a already prepared ms word documents ,for example if you create a vb form and in which a text box accept data like address and if a user click a button on this form ,and simultaneously a word file opens after clicking this button in which some data is already written and address field is empty which could be filled using text box data,sir i am a IT graduate but i finding it difficult to convert this file in a software form ,I hope you will understand the issue

You want a program that accepts data input from user then when user submits it, the program will open a ms word file and populate it with the data entered by the user. I can do this using VBA macro in the ms word file and you don't need a separate visual basic program.
