We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our appointment setting and community membership subscription initiatives. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing our calendar, coordinating appointments, and ensuring the successful acquisition of new community members. Your primary focus will be on reaching out to potential clients, scheduling appointments, and actively promoting community membership subscriptions to achieve a minimum of two new subscriptions per week. **Responsibilities:** 1. **Appointment Setting:** Reach out to prospective clients via email, phone calls, or other communication channels to schedule appointments with our team members. 2. **Calendar Management:** Maintain and update our appointment calendar, ensuring all appointments are accurately scheduled and organized. 3. **Follow-up:** Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and potential clients to increase appointment confirmations and reduce no-shows. 4. **Prospecting on LinkedIn:** Utilize LinkedIn as a key platform for lead generation, identifying and connecting with potential clients who may be interested in our community membership. 5. **Membership Subscription Promotion:** Actively promote our community membership benefits and advantages to potential clients on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, encouraging them to join our community. 6. **Lead Generation:** Continuously research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn networking and other online platforms to expand our client base. 7. **Record Keeping:** Maintain a comprehensive database of appointments, leads, and subscription details to track progress and measure performance. 8. **Communication:** Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and coordinate efforts to maximize subscription conversion rates. 9. **Customer Support:** Provide excellent customer support to existing community members, addressing their inquiries and assisting them as needed. 10. **Research:** Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for community membership growth and suggest effective strategies for outreach. **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role involving appointment setting and sales. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. - Strong organizational abilities to manage schedules, follow-ups, and data effectively. - Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Proficiency in using digital communication tools, scheduling software, and CRM systems. - Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets, with a focus on achieving at least two community membership subscriptions per week. - Experience and proficiency in using LinkedIn for prospecting and lead generation. - Availability and willingness to work in a flexible time zone to accommodate potential clients in different regions. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles is a plus. - Familiarity with online community management and promotion. - Knowledge of productivity tools like Trello, Asana, or similar platforms. - Understanding of the industry or niche in which the community operates. **How to Apply:** If you are an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Virtual Assistant with a passion for appointment setting and driving community membership growth, and you have experience in prospecting and lead generation on LinkedIn, we would love to hear from you.
